By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: On April 22, 2024, the Labour Department in collaboration with the PLANTS Project Punta Gorda Community Hub, engages residents in the ongoing Job Preparedness Trainings aimed at empowering individuals with essential skills for the workforce.
Participants also included students from Toledo Community College.
The trainings signify a collaborative effort towards building a resilient and skilled workforce.
Participants are immersed in a comprehensive three-part series designed to equip them with the tools necessary to excel in their future endeavors.
“As we approach the completion of this transformative initiative on April 24th, we look forward to witnessing the impact of these trainings as individuals emerge more confident and prepared to seize opportunities in the job market,” the Ministry said.
