In the Group Stage, clubs will play every club in their group once. Two games will be played at home and two away.

The top two teams from every group will advance to the home-and-away Knockout Stage which include the Quarterfinals, the Semifinals and Play-In, and the Final.
“Based on Group Stage performance, the group winners and runners-up will be ranked 1-4 and 5-8, respectively,” Concacaf said.

“The highest-ranked group winner will play the lowest-ranked runner-up (1vs8, 2vs7, 3vs6, and 4vs5), and the four highest-ranked clubs will host the second-leg matches.”
In the semifinals and play-in, Concacaf said the matchups will be decided based on the competition’s bracket, with the highest-ranked club in each matchup, according to the competition’s table, hosting the second-leg matches.

“Concacaf will publish the competition’s Group Stage match schedule in the coming days,” Concacaf said.

Six clubs, four semifinalists and two play-in winners, will qualify to the 60th edition of the Confederation’s annual premier men’s club competition, the Concacaf Champions Cup, set for next year.
