National Amateur Interdistrict Championship: San Pedro Terror Squad face Toledo Legends in 1st semifinal Saturday night in San Pedro

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: San Pedro Terror Squad take on Toledo Legends at 7:30 pm Saturday night at Ambergris Stadium in San Pedro in Game One of the National Amateur Interdistrict Championship Semifinals.

Terror Squad advanced to the semifinals on a 5-1 aggregate score after winning the first leg 4-0 over crosstown rivals, Conquerors, and drawing the second game 1-1 at Ambergris Stadium.

The Toledo Legends were merciless over defending champions, Club Atletico from Belmopan, ripping them 5-0 in Punta Gorda last Sunday after managing a 1-1 draw the weekend before in Belmopan.

The second NAIC semifinal will be played on Sunday between Guinea Grass’ Mi Gente and EZ Griga Conquerors at 4:00 pm at the People’s Stadium in Orange Walk.
