Competing in the Women’s Master -2 division and the 57kg weight classification, Tsai showcased her exceptional strength and skill, earning bronze medals in Squats, Bench Press, and Deadlifts. Her remarkable performance also secured her the overall bronze medal in her division.
Tsai’s dedication and hard work have not only brought her personal success but have also elevated Belize’s presence on the international stage.
The NAPF Powerlifting Championship continues with seven more Belizean athletes scheduled to compete in the coming days, adding to the anticipation and excitement surrounding Belize’s participation in this prestigious event.
