Accused rapist charged in Toledo

By Aaron Humes: Police have arrested one person in connection to a Rape that occurred in Toledo District.

On Monday, police arrested and charged 22-year-old Josue Padilla, of Toledo District, for the crime of Rape.

Police responded to a report in the district on Saturday, August 10, at about 7:40 pm. A 28-year-old female reported that a male person whom she knew had sexual intercourse with her against her will. A medical examination was conducted and confirmed sexual assault.
