UDP standard bearers unite in Orange Walk, solidifying bonds for upcoming general elections

By Horace Palacio: The United Democratic Party (UDP) kicked off September, Belize’s celebration month, with a show of unity and determination. Party Leader Shyne Barrow convened a gathering of the majority of their Standard Bearers at a tranquil ranch in Orange Walk South.

The event, hosted by UDP Orange Walk South standard bearer, German Tillet, and his wife, was hailed as a success, fostering camaraderie and shared purpose among the party’s representatives. Barrow expressed his gratitude for the warm hospitality and the delicious food and drinks, highlighting the strong sense of love and unity within the UDP family.

The gathering served as an opportunity for the party leadership, including the Deputy Party Leader, Regional Leaders, Central Executives, and Standard Bearers, to connect and strategize ahead of the upcoming elections. While some representatives from Cayo West, Cayo North, Toledo East, Toledo West, Orange Walk East, and Orange Walk Central were unable to attend due to prior commitments, their support was felt nonetheless.

Barrow concluded his remarks by thanking all attendees and emphasizing the party’s dedication to serving the people of Belize.
