Shooting victim in Scotland Halfmoon identified as Dornell Talbert

Talbert was shot dead in the village earlier this afternoon, and police are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident. Initial reports indicate that he was found at the scene, but few details have emerged about the potential motive or suspects involved.

Talbert, reportedly from Double Head Cabbage, was well-known in the community, and his death has left family and friends in mourning.
