By Aaron Humes: Last week, police discovered cocaine, methamphetamine, and a large quantity of marijuana at a residence on Rhamdas Street, leading to the arraignment of a wheelchair-bound female, identified as Audrey Penelope Maheia, 47, and her nephew, Sheldon Lionel Flores, 40, who works as a food delivery person and a photographer.
During the search of the residence, police found various drugs including marijuana, methamphetamine, and cocaine, along with suspected drug proceeds in separate rooms belonging to Flores and Maheia.
Both accused individuals pleaded not guilty to the charges – three counts of possession of controlled drugs with intent to supply, 8,524 grams of marijuana; 44.8 grams of methamphetamine, and 2.6 grams of cocaine, along with possession of 50 grams of suspected marijuana, and have been released on bail. The next court date for Maheia and Flores is scheduled for November 27.
