Deliveryman robbed of cash and cell phones in Belize City

By Aaron Humes: Police say they are looking for two suspects who carried out a robbery on Saturday in Belize City.

ACP Hilberto Romero, Regional Commander, Eastern Division gave the details: “Upon the [police’s] arrival, they found Henry Myvett, a helper who was doing deliveries in the area when he was approached by two men on bicycles who were armed with firearms. The persons proceeded to rob him and stole a disclosed amount of cash and cell phones. They rode off into the street and left the area.”

ACP Romero added that no surveillance was found in the area. Police investigations continue.
