By Horace Palacio: The National Meteorological Service of Belize has issued a weather advisory indicating that the country will continue to experience moist and unstable conditions, bringing more rain across the nation.
Residents can expect mostly cloudy skies today and tonight, with a few showers, periods of rain, and isolated thunderstorms developing primarily offshore and in some coastal areas this morning. This afternoon, the showers and thunderstorms are predicted to move inland.
Tonight and tomorrow morning, coastal areas should anticipate a few showers or isolated thunderstorms. Temperatures will remain warm, with highs of 84°F (28°C) along the coast and 85°F (29°C) inland.
The outlook for Tuesday and Tuesday night suggests cloudy intervals with a few coastal morning showers or isolated thunderstorms, followed by a gradual decrease in activity.
The National Meteorological Service will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as necessary.
