By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Saint John’s College (SJC) have once again demonstrated their volleyball prowess by securing their fifth consecutive Central Secondary Schools Sports Association (CSSSA) Boys Volleyball Championship. SJC triumphed over Gwen Lizarraga High School (Gwen Liz) with a decisive 3-0 victory (25-16, 25-14, 25-17) at the Swift Hall in Belize City on Saturday, November 2, 2024.
The match saw SJC dominate from the start, showcasing their skill and teamwork to achieve a total score of 75-47. This victory marks another milestone in SJC’s impressive volleyball legacy.
In the battle for third place, EP Yorke emerged victorious against Nazarene in a thrilling five-set match, winning 3-2 (15-25, 23-25, 25-21, 25-18, 15-11).
