Ministry of Agriculture announces 2025 School Garden Competition

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The Ministry of Agriculture, Food Security, and Enterprise (MAFSE), through the National Agriculture and Trade Show (NATS) Committee, is announcing the 2025 School Garden Competition.

This initiative aims to get students involved in agriculture, nurturing their knowledge and skills while contributing to MAFSE’s vision of engaging “Youths in Agriculture.”

“We look forward to your school’s participation in making a difference through agriculture,” the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Security, and Enterprise said.

Schools across the country are encouraged to participate. This competition offers a fantastic opportunity for students to learn about the importance of agriculture, sustainability, and food security.

School Garden Competition Details:

• Winners Announced: May 2025 at the NATS Fair
• Application Deadline: December 13, 2024
