Bar Association of Belize elects new executive at annual general meeting

By Aaron Humes: The Bar Association of Belize held its Annual General Meeting on February 13, successfully electing a new executive committee dedicated to enhancing the legal profession and serving the needs of its members.

During the meeting, the following individuals were nominated and elected to lead the Association: William Lindo, President; Jose M. Alpuche, Vice President; Stevanni Duncan Ferrera, Treasurer; Kimberly Wallace, Secretary; E. Andrew Marshalleck SC, Estevan Perera and Immanuel Williams, Executive Committee Members.

The newly elected executive aims to engage with its members and work collaboratively on initiatives that benefit the legal community and society. The Bar Association plans to address pressing legal issues, continuing its tradition of promoting justice and the rule of law.

The Bar Association looks forward to a productive term and remains optimistic about making meaningful contributions to both members and the broader community.
