Trinidad & Tobago narrowly defeated Cuba 2-1 in an away thriller, while Suriname secured a tight 1-0 home victory over Martinique.
Honduras overcame a scare from Bermuda with a 5-3 away win, rallying after an early deficit.
St. Vincent and the Grenadines were on the brink of victory, only for Jamaica to salvage a 1-1 draw with a last-minute goal.
Guadeloupe edged Nicaragua 1-0.
Guyana surprised Guatemala with a 3-2 home victory, and Belize suffered their worst home defeat.
Return matches next Tuesday will decide who progresses to the Gold Cup, with Costa Rica certain to advance unless Belize pulls off an impossible eight-goal swing.
