By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Carlos Bernárdez scored for Belize in the second minute of the second-half against Costa Rica in the CONCACAF Gold Cup Preliminary Round return match in San Jose.

Costa Rica now lead 4-1 after punishing Belize four times in the first half.

An own goal by Donell Arzu in the first minute, was followed by two more when Alejandro Bran found the net with a long ball in the 6^th minute and Alonso Martinez hitting another in the 8^th minute. Then in the 36^th minute Manfred Ugalde headed past Brandon Andeerson for the 4-0 lead.

At this point, Costa Rca lead 11-1 on aggregate and have sealed their ticket to the Gold Cup.
