Body discovered near Coco Plum Island, south of Dangriga

By Aaron Humes: Police are investigating after a body was discovered in the waters near Coco Plum Island, just south of Dangriga Town, earlier this afternoon. Reports indicate that police are currently on-site to recover the remains and gather evidence.

Authorities have not yet confirmed the identity of the deceased, but early reports suggest a missing man from the area may be linked.

The police are urging anyone with information related to the case to come forward as they work to piece together the events leading to this discovery.
