Robbery interrupts party in Belize City

By Aaron Humes: Police are investigating a robbery in Belize City.

Police responded to a report in the Buttonwood Bay area on Monday, April 28, about 10:40 a.m.

Upon arrival, police were told that while socializing in the area with others, the victims were approached by four men, one of whom was armed with a firearm.

The assailants proceeded to rob them of their personal belongings, including a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra cell phone valued at $2,000.00, an iPhone A Plus valued at $1,000.00, a wallet containing $500.00, and a 2023 Lifan motorcycle valued at $2,400.00.
