Ministry of Home Affairs and New Growth Industries launch “Criminal Records Registry Online System”

By Zoila Palma: Today, the Ministry of Sustainable Development Auditorium, City of Belmopan, the Ministry of Home Affairs and New Growth Industries, along with the Ministry of E-Governance, launched the “Criminal Records Registry Online System”.

In his remarks, Kareem Musa, Minister of the Ministry of Home Affairs and New Growth Industries, emphasized that the system will allow citizens to easily apply online, from the comfort of their homes and your new record of conduct, can be printed and picked up at one of the police stations.

The Criminal Records Registry system is a secure online platform that simplifies police record applications, verifications, and delivery, leading to faster processing, lower administrative workload, and better user access.

Also present for the launch this morning was Sharole Carr, Chief Executive Officer, Ministry of Home Affairs and New Growth Industries, COMPOL Dr. Anthony Richard Rosado and Dr. Adriani Coleman, Director of the Ministry of E-Governance and Edwin Wills, Business Analyst in the Ministry of E-Governance.

The public is encouraged to visit the Criminal Records Registry Online System at “crr.gov.bz”.
