Belize enjoys warm, dry weather heading into the weekend

By Breaking Belize News Staff: Belizeans can expect a warm and mostly dry Saturday as fair weather dominates the forecast.

According to forecaster Tareek Matthews, the general situation is stable, with sunny skies and only a few cloudy spells throughout the day. Rain is unlikely across the country, making it an ideal weekend for beachgoers, travelers, and outdoor plans.

Tonight is expected to be clear to partly cloudy, with mild temperatures continuing into Sunday. The outlook for Sunday and Sunday night is similar, suggesting a dry and settled weather pattern will hold into the second half of the weekend.

Marine conditions remain moderate, with east-southeast winds at 10–20 knots and waves between 4 to 6 feet. Coastal temperatures are forecasted to peak around 89°F (32°C), while inland areas may reach up to 96°F (36°C).

Boaters are advised to monitor sea conditions, but no major marine hazards are expected.
