Police begin investigation into death of Selvin Sealy on Ambergris Caye

By Aaron Humes: Police have confirmed that the post-mortem examination conducted last Friday revealed the cause of death for Selvin Sealy to be “restrained asphyxia.” This finding has intensified the ongoing investigation into the circumstances surrounding Sealy’s death.

ASP Stacy Smith, a staff officer, announced that the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) has mandated that a statement be recorded from the pathologist involved in the autopsy. This crucial step will help determine the next course of action in the investigation.
