Social workers participate in training on child protection court reports

By Zoila Palma: Today, Social Workers from the Department of Human Services Branches nationwide are participating in a critical 5-day training on child protection court reports.

This initiative, a collaboration between the Ministry of Human Development, Family Support, and Gender Affairs and UNICEF Belize, aims to equip these professionals with the latest best practices and procedures.

The Ministry noted that the goal is to enhance the objectivity, detail, and depth of their social inquiry reports for children involved in the court system.
