Meanwhile, the Dominican Republic and Suriname also ended their campaigns with a 0–0 draw in Arlington, Texas, leaving both sides winless.
Mexico 0–0 Costa Rica

In a tightly contested match between two already-qualified sides, neither Mexico nor Costa Rica could find a breakthrough. Both teams rotated their lineups slightly, preserving energy for the quarterfinals. The result means Mexico top the group on goal difference.
Dominican Republic 0–0 Suriname
