By BBN Staff: A minor, 17, is dead and a man is in critical condition following a shooting in Belmopan this morning.

Francis appeared before Magistrate Khadeen Palmer on Friday where he was read a single charge of theft and pleaded not guilty.

He was previously accused of the murder of Kareem “Robbery” Lopez and is now accused of membership in the Long Beach Crips gang.
