The delegation will attend the inauguration ceremony of the 16th ROC (Taiwan) President Lai Ching-te and Vice President Hsiao Bi-khim on May 20th.

 President of University, Dr. Yen Jia-Yush, and students were able to experience Belizean cuisines and enhance their awareness of Belize, Taiwan’s diplomatic ally in Central America.

During the meeting, Legislator Lu discussed the Taiwan-Belize Parliamentary Amity Association which was initiated to promote parliamentary exchanges between Belize and Taiwan.

The Belize food truck is on tour around northern Taiwan from April 2nd until May 12th, and making a total of 18 stops at various locations.

According to Reuters, the tremor was the biggest earthquake to hit Taiwan in 25 years.

The launch was held at the Taipei Children’s Amusement Park.
