Majil’s Mexican Products in Corozal robbed

By Dalila Ical: Confirmed reports are that late this evening a sales representative of Majil’s Mexican Products was robbed and relieved of a significant amount of cash.

BBN understands that the individual, a male, was walking back to the company’s warehouse in the Santa Rita Area in Corozal Town when he was ambushed by two men.

It is reported that the men took over $20,000 of the day sales.

We further understand that authorities have reason to believe that this may have been an inside job.

BBN has attempted to contact the police in Corozal but has been unsuccessful.
