Fire arm and ammo found in abandoned lot in Belize City

By BBN Staff: Police in Belize City are reporting that this afternoon around 1:30, members of the Southside Strike Team conducted a search on an abandoned lot on Lake View Street which led to the discovery of a black plastic bag containing a chrome raven arms brand .25 pistol with serial number 674632 which had an empty magazine, and also (30) live 9mm rounds of ammunition.

No one was in the area and thus the items were deposited as “found property.”
