Inmate at Kolbe Foundation busted with weed

By BBN Staff:According to police reports, yesterday a prison officer reported that at 2:50 p.m., while working at the remand section at the Kolbe Foundation on the Hattieville/ Boom road, he saw remanded inmate Mark Waight coming towards the check point area.

The officer observed a black tennis that Waight was carrying inside a plastic bag.

The officer then pulled out the soles of the tennis and cut the left foot open and found 274 grams of cannabis.

Waight is detained pending charges.
