Gun and ammo found in Belize City

BBN Staff: Yesterday evening around 5:20, police conducted a search in an abandon lot on Moya St in Belize City.

Police found a transparent plastic bag containing (24) 40 Caliber GFL S/W brand and (10) 9mm GFL Lugar brand live rounds of ammunition hidden under some bushes.

No one was in the area at the time.

The items were labeled and deposited as Found Property.
