Mayor of Orange Walk on Town Councillor party: “Video time stamps date back to 2018”

By BBN Staff: Leaked videos of PUP Councillor, Haresh Vaswani at a party went viral on social media earlier today.

Initially, it was reported that Vaswani had volunteered to relinquish his portfolios in light of the videos.

But, Mayor  of Orange Walk, Kevin Bernard says that after getting the time stamp of the original videos, he has advised Vaswani to retain his portfolio.

“This is on the basis that all those 3 videos were taken prior to February 2020 and dates way back to March 2018. We note that all this was obviously an act of Cyber Bullying and one that we know is filled with malicious and political attacks on the Councilor and the OWTC,” Bernard said.

Bernard added that this is the political season and ‘desperate people do desperate things.’
