Man who stole $400 bicycle remanded to jail for pending case with counterfeit money

By Breaking Belize News Staff: A Belize City man, accused of stealing a $400 bicycle, was remanded to prison after it was discovered he had not been showing up to court for another separate pending court case.

Darrell Gray appeared unrepresented in court on Thursday charged with a single count of theft for allegedly stealing a bicycle. He pleaded not guilty, however, court records showed he had been missing court dates for another pending matter against him involving counterfeit notes.

Gray was remanded to prison until November 7.
