The unsettling event, which unfolded this morning, was captured in clear detail by a surveillance camera, providing crucial evidence for authorities.

The footage reveals a chilling scene: an unsuspecting female pedestrian is walking along Barrack Road when suddenly, a figure, identified as a young male, is seen sprinting up behind her. In a calculated move, he slows his pace, stealthily approaching the woman from behind. Without warning, he grabs her purse with force. The woman, caught off guard, screams and falls to the ground, desperately clinging to her belongings.
