Mayor of Corozal Town shares Christmas Cheer!

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: On December 21, 2023, over 100 employees of the Corozal Town Council received Christmas hams and treats from Mayor Rigo Vellos, Deputy Mayor Marleni Tapia and Councilors.

Each employee received their Christmas hams and an end-of-year bonus.

“These employees have provided hard work and dedication throughout the year, and Mayor Vellos and the Councilors are very appreciative of the work that they do to make our town be somewhere to be proud to live in. Mayor Vellos also thanked their families for supporting the Council personnel in remaining good employees,” the Corozal Town Council expressed.

Mayor Vellos also extended gratitude to the business community for their continued support to the council.
