The fifth anniversary edition was launched this week, featuring local recipes, restaurants, and travel features. Since 2010, according to publisher Tanya McNab, the look of the food we eat at local restaurants has changed as a result of the influence of “Flavors”, but one thing has remained the same: the use of uniquely Belizean items to deliver the best taste for the palette.
The annual print run of the book is 10,000 copies of which over 7,000 are sold worldwide
