SMART announces unlimited broadband

By BBN Staff: SMART, via press release this morning, announced the launch of its new Broadband Unlimited Internet Service, which offers high quality, wireless Internet to Belizean homes and businesses.

The company says it began rolling out its new service on August 1. According to the company, with the new service customers can access the Internet unlimited and at super fast download and upload speeds for a very low monthly fee.

The roll-out began in Belize City and within the next few weeks the company expects that the service will be available in San Pedro, Placencia, Belmopan, San Ignacio and many other locations across the country.

SMART acknowledges that Internet Service is no longer a luxury and that it has become a necessity as a tool for education and conducting business. The company said it is committed to fulfilling its role as the leader of telecommunications in Belize and is please to be able to offer the service.

The Smart Broadband Unlimited Service starts at 2 Mbps for $99 per month, and includes a WiFi router. Customers can choose from plans that range from 2 Mbps to 50 Mbps.
