PATRICK E. JONES Reporting: Classes were abruptly dismissed today for children attending the Guardian Angel Roman Catholic School in Guinea Grass village, Orange Walk.
That is because the body of a man was found this morning in one of the bathrooms at the school.
The name of the man is being withheld at this time, pending the proper notification of his family.
Reports from the village say that a female teacher went to open the bathroom and that was when the body of the man, a resident of the same village, was found.
The body was partially nude and showed what appeared to be stab wounds.
Police are now on the scene and have begun to process the scene. The man, according to preliminary reports, had not been seen in the village for a couple of days prior to the discovery of his body.
