Wednesday, april 9, 2014. JUAN CAAL Reporting: The Toledo district representatives in the National Coca Cola Spelling Bee have been chosen.

Spellers from the different zones in the Toledo district converged on the Father Ring Parish Hall in Punta Gorda town for the district finals.

At the end of the competition Anselmo Choc from Aguacate Roman Catholic School emerged as the first place winner.

Runner up was Marvellia Sho from Forest Home Methodist School.

The alternate speller is Yanira Ishim who attends the Midway Government School.
