weed bustBy BBN Staff: Three men were jointly charged for the offense of ‘possession of a controlled drug with intent to supply’ yesterday after a police search in a yard they were in, resulted in the discovery of cannabis.

The owner of the home, Eric Patnett, 59, along with Dean Murillo, 41, and Mark White, 26, were all present when members of police’s Tactical Response Squad conducted searches in a house and yard they were in, finding 117 grams of cannabis.

A search of the Dixie Street home in Saint Mathews Village, Cayo District, revealed nothing incriminating but a further search in the yard led to the finding of a transparent plastic containing the drugs for which the men were charged.
