By BBN Staff: Two firearms and a hefty load of drugs were removed from the streets of the south side in Belize City on Sunday.
A police search in an abandoned lot in the Gungulung area of St. Martin’s area led police to a .9mm pistol containing 18 live rounds and a .38 revolver with 30 live rounds.
In that same search, police also found over 900 grams of cannabis.
No one has been charged for the guns and drugs.
Police investigation continues.
