By BBN Staff: Police have recovered a .9mm pistol off the streets of south-side Belize City.

According to police, on Saturday, officers attached to south-side Strike Team conducted a search on an abandoned lot on Santa Barbara Street in the St. Martin’s area which resulted in the discovery of one Browning .9mm pistol.

No one was in the area and the firearm was labeled as “found property”.
