By BBN Staff: A 15-year-old  Belizean student visited the Ladyville police station in the company of her mother and reported that on January 29, 2018 around 9:00 a.m., a man known to her  had sexual intercourse with her.

A medical examination was conducted on the minor where the doctor certified that she had been carnally known.

Police are investigating.
