Inspiration Center receives BZ$160,000 donation from See and Taste Belize

BBN Staff: Today, See and Taste Belize gifted the Inspiration Center in Belize with a $160,000 donation.

See and Taste Belize is a non-profit organization that works to improve health, education and living conditions of Belizean children through fundraising events and projects.

Their latest fundraiser, the Sea and Taste Belize Annual Festival, showcased Belizean art, music, cuisine and culture.

Special Envoy for Women and Children, Kim Simplis Barrow thanked the organization for the donation and said that “the funds will help to continue to provide health and therapy services for the children that [the Inspiration Center] serves.”

The Inspiration Center is the only organization to offer low-cost, comprehensive therapy and medical services to children with disabilities (birth to 16 years old) in Belize.
