San Ignacio police officers accused of police brutality against students

Staff: A video of alleged police brutality has gone viral on social media.

 
The video shows a police officer attached to the San Ignacio police formation and dressed in camouflage “manhandling” a student from Eden High School in Santa Elena town.
 
The officer bends the young man’s hand and as another male student comes closer, he attempts to kick him. 
 
Students and parents are sharing their grave discontent with the police following the incident. Police have yet to issue a statement on the incident.
