Collector agent held up by 2 armed robbers on the Phillip Goldson Highway

By BBN Staff: Edison Omar Calles,27, a collector agent for Bee Line Enterprise reported to authorities that on Monday, December 3, 2018 around 12:30 pm, he was driving his car on the Phillip Goldson Highway when a white and cream car overtook him.

According to Calles, the vehicle stopped almost in front of him so he decided to pull over to the side of the road.

Two men then exited the white cream vehicle and one of them had a gun.

The man with the gun pointed it at him while the other man opened the door and took a grey bag with an undisclosed amount of cash belonging to Bee Line.

The men then escaped in their vehicle.

Police are investigating.
