Police find gun, bullets, and drugs in Belize City

By BBN Staff: Proactive policing has made Belize City a bit safer.

That is because a joint patrol including the Gang Suppression Unit, K9 Unit, and Special Branch removed a 9 mm pistol with an extended magazine, a bag of bullets and 72 grams of weed from the streets of Belize City.

This discovery was made on Friday morning during a search inside a bushy, empty lot on Antelope Street.

No one was in the area at the time so all the items were been deposited as found property.
