Guatemalan charged for illegal entry and unlicensed firearm

Around 7:39 p.m on Monday, March 18, Gilroy Garnett was on Partridge street when a man approached him and shot him several times.
Garnett sustained gunshot injuries to his abdomen and back.
Garnett was taken to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital for medical treatment and is admitted in a critical condition.
Police are investigating.
