Edin Perez shot multiple times in Armenia, Cayo

By BBN Staff: As we had previously reported, a man was shot in Armenia, Cayo last night.

He has since been identified as Edin Ismael Garcia Perez, 20.

Initial investigations revealed that just before 9:00 p.m. he was at home when he heard someone calling his name.

When he responded he saw four men, one of whom pointed a firearm at him and fired several shots causing his injuries.

Perez was transported to the Western Regional Hospital where he remains admitted in a stable condition.

Police are investigating.
