Williams says that he is hopeful that the dive team can retrieve some evidence from the sea bottom.
“One of the things that I have directed as part of the investigation was to bring in the dive team to go and dive the area where we believe the incident may have occurred with a view to see if we can collect any evidence that may have been on the bottom of the sea and that was done and certain things were retrieve and so yes we have made some progress where that is concern,” Williams told 7 News Belize.
Swank and his family had arrived on the island the day before for a family vacation.
