Police find grenade in Orange Walk

By BBN Staff: Authorities conducting a search in Orange Walk found a training hand grenade yesterday.

When police searched an abandoned lot on Asuncion Street, they saw a black plastic bag which contained a blue handle pin grenade.

The BDF bomb expert determined that the grenade was a training hand grenade, however, the fuse was used. 

The grenade was transported to Price Barracks, Ladyville.
