2 Santa Elena residents injured in shooting; woman listed in critical condition

By BBN Staff: Authorities are investigating a shooting incident that occurred tonight on Perez Street in Santa Elena.

According to reports, 2 dark skinned men on a motorcycle arrived at the home of David Young around 8:30pm.

One of the men was armed with a firearm and fired about 20 shots hitting Mirna Young, 58, and Angel Martinez, 21.

Young was shot to the chest and is listed in a critical condition.

Martinez was shot to the back and is listed in a stable condition.

Investigation is ongoing.
