Armed robbers target delivery man

By BBN Staff:  Authorities are investigating an armed robbery that occured yesterday afternoon in Belize City.

Delivery man Issa Nunez and his son were inside his vehicle that was parked on Saint Thomas street when two men approached them.

The men demanded money and one of the cuprits at the passenger door pulled out a gun and shot Nunez to the right thigh.

Nunez managed to drive away and went directly to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital for medical treatment.

He is admitted in a stable condition.
